Final game of the season, a winner takes all match against Weston Park Blades.  Eagles win the match and win the South Regional title.  Now onto the nationals!!!

In the penultimate match of the season Eagles came determined to secure our place at the National Finals.

Final Score: Eagles 21 - 6 B's (W)

Eagles went into the last game of the season fighting for 2nd place in the league against B’s who, in the previous few rounds, had beaten both Royals and Woodley, and were sat near the top of the league. 

Final Score: Eagles 49 - 20 Clan (W)

Our match against Clan was a great success.  The first quarter was one of our strongest quarters in the game, making successful turnovers and putting away a lot of the goals.

Final Score: Eagles 48 v 27 MSN (W)

Today the Eagles U19’s played MSN. Both teams started off slow (MSN had a player down for the first few minutes!) but picked up the intensity as the quarter went on. Due to some great defensive work and shooting, at the end of the first quarter, the score was 16-9 to Eagles. 

Final Score: Eagles 36 v 16 Royals (W)

This match was a top of the table clash and the opportunity for Eagles to keep their hopes alive of winning the league. 

Final Score: Eagles 23 v 12 Royals (W)

The team went into this match needing to pull off a great performance against a very good Royals team who, in their first match earlier in the season, they had drawn against.

Final Score:  Eagles 53 - 49 MK Dons (W)

In one of our toughest games this season, MK Dons came out with a determination not to lose their 2nd place in the league.  Neither side have any obvious weaknesses, and, this time, MK Dons could field a full-strength squad. 

Final Score: Eagles 48 - 24 Dreams (W)
