The U16's put on a great performance today. The team worked hard throughout the match and in the second quarter they pulled away, only conceding 4 goals, to make the score 30-11 at half time demonstrating a great performance from the tight defence unit.
There were lots of interceptions to goal but Clan kept the pressure on right to the end. Eagles continued to show great team work today. The mid-court maintained the pressure and fought hard throughout the match with the goals flying in even at long ranges.
The match finished with the score being 68-39 and the player of the match was Libby Burgess.
