Eagles 44 - 9 Magnet
It was a great game from the U12s on Sunday 1st December against Magnet. After a fairly tense start the girls settled down and began to pull away. The mid-court was dominated by Eagles with girls swapping positions without any change to the pace of the game. Annabel and Eva as centres released the ball quickly helping to get it to the Eagles circle as efficiently as possible. Sienna worked hard turning over many balls helping to increase the lead. Rhiannon, Tamara and Isobel in defence made numerous interceptions preventing Magnet from scoring. Accurate shooting from Imogen and Tilly helped Eagles build their lead. Isla and Cara not only fed the shooters consistently but scored many goals themselves. A great game with many girls playing new positions in many quarters without any disruption to the flow of the game.
