Eagles U12 had a great game against Newbury winning 49 - 5. The squad worked really well together with players in new positions this week. The first quarter was very fast paced with good attacking play from Eloise and Isla. Isobel, Sienna and Tamara controlled the mid court well with Tilly shooting steadily and Imgoen making some good interceptions as Goal Keeper.

The second quarter saw changes to the line up but the team continued to work well together Eva, Annabel and Rhiannon took charge of the mid court feeding great balls to the shooters who continued to put them away.

The third and fourth quarters saw more changes to the positions, Cara in her role as Goal Shooter and helped the team strengthen their lead to take the game. The Newbury team never gave up fighting and showed true grit.
