On 29th September we traveled down to Winchester for our third regional game.
The first quarter wasn’t our best quarter as we had more unforced errors than we normally have and attack was struggling to reward defence after they took an interception by getting the ball to goal. The quarter finished with us leading 10-9.
We managed to bring the goals back up in the second quarter after a great pep talk from Maria and finished the quarter leading 29-29.
The third quarter we brought the energy up as we started playing better and better as attack started breaking down the opponets play early and defence was doing a great job against a 6ft 4 shooter and managed to stay ahead by 15 goals as it ended 43-28.
The final quarter was our last quarter to show off the team we are and it worked as we were able to secure our win by 18 goals finishing the game ahead 59-41.
