Eagles 28- 31 Royals

An incredible game of netball today from both teams which had the spectators from both teams biting their finger nails. By starting confidently and controlling the midcoast Eagles took the first quarter by 9 goals to 7. The lead was closed to 17-16 at the end of the second quarter after some great work in both circles by the Eagles girls. The third quarter was as tight as the others but Eagles drew slightly ahead finishing 27-24 up at the end. The final quarter was thrilling as Royals pulled back despite our best efforts and the final whistle went giving Royals the win.
