A tough loss for the under 12B team against Woodley in the second to last match this year, with both teams battling hard until the final whistle. The girls started off strong with some good pressure from the defence and great shooting from Kadie.

Woodley answered with some strong pressure from the defenders and accurate shooting. The score was close over the next two quarters. Eagles struggled with some uneven passing, forcing the ball in to the shooters from too far out.

Eagles went into the fourth quarter one point up. It was a tense final quarter with both teams playing a tough, physical game. But Woodley was able to take the win by one point.

Eagles had a great team effort, playing hard until the end.
